Joshua Wischnewsky was born on November 7, 1983, in Houston, Texas, and raised in Crosby, Texas until moving to spring at the age of three. From a young age, he was immersed in the automotive world—a passion that would grow into a lifelong career. At just seven years old, Joshua began working in the car wash at the dealership where his father, Darryl Wischnewsky, worked in Victoria, Texas. Those early experiences taught him the value of hard work and instilled in him a respect for the car business and the people who make it thrive.

In late 2024, Joshua came full circle with the acquisition of Bayshore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram from his father, Darryl Wischnewsky—a milestone that represented both a professional achievement and a family legacy continued. Joshua credits much of his success to the lessons learned from his father: “He taught me that our customers drive our business and that we’re only as good as the people we work with. He taught me to work hard and never do anything halfway.”

Beyond his business accomplishments, Joshua’s greatest pride is his family. He married the love of his life, Chaysen Wischnewsky, in 2011, and together they have three children who keep life exciting and full of purpose. Their son Peyton is a dedicated athlete, competing in baseball, football, tennis, cross country, and track. Their daughter Presley is an accomplished competitive cheerleader who placed second in the world finals, while their youngest, Piper, is a spirited cheerleader and tennis player known for her vibrant personality and infectious laughter.

From washing cars at age seven to owning multiple top-performing dealerships, his journey is a testament to dedication, family values, and a relentless drive to build something greater than himself
